Amory Bodin, a CPA and CEO of the Bodin Company (BODINco), has been an integral member of executive management, responsible for financial and accounting planning and compliance. Before establishing Bodin Company, Amory was the Chief Financial Officer at Access Technology. During his tenure, he successfully helped lead Access Technology, a small start-up, to a company with over 50 employees in multiple states. His responsibilities included supervising, training and evaluating senior staff members, technology review and acquisitions, auditing, maintaining positive client relations, tax compliance, and preparation of financial statements and the related footnotes.
 

Prior to the CFO position at Access Technology, Amory was at KPMG Peat Marwick for six years and worked with tax compliance and planning, management consulting, and systems design.
 

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota (UMD). While attending UMD, he was a running back and punter for the football team and lead the team to the school's first undefeated season going 10-0. Following school, he had tryouts with the Minnesota Vikings as a punter.

 

He is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida), a Registered Investment Advisor (Florida) and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Amory is the President of Bodin Capital, LLC, a research firm for micro and small cap companies. He is also a member of the MicroCapClub, an exclusive forum for experienced microcap investors focused on microcap companies (sub $300m market cap) trading on United States, Canadian, UK and Australian markets.

He and his wife Carrie are proud parents of teenage triplets and the owners of a stray dog that found us, Cheeky.

​

Sailing and golf are his ways of getting some exercise today.
